Preparation
Prepare the paper and string. Make a cone out of the paper.
Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut the cucumber into slices or rings.
Alternate fruit, cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumber pieces and cured meat on the skewers.
Arrange the skewers inside the paper cone. Add baby’s breath, rosemary and bay leaves.
Make roses out of kulenova seka and place them inside the bouquet.
Tips&Tricks
You will need several slices of kulenova seka or kulen to make roses. Place the first slice on a flat surface, place the second slice on the edge of the first so that it covers 1/3 of the first slice. Then place a third slice so that it covers 1/3 of the second slice. Continue in the same manner with one or two more slices.
Roll the slices, starting from the first. Use a toothpick to secure the bottom.
Turn it so the toothpick is at the bottom. You have a rose.
