Festive platter

If you are having guests over or throwing a party, a platter is the right choice. Adapt it to seasonal ingredients and add nuts for a truly flavourful experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 100 g currants
  • 100 g Gorgonzola (1 piece)
  • 100 g sliced Belje kulen
  • 100 g Belje Baranja bacon
  • 100 g Belje kulenova seka
  • 1 piece Brie
  • White grapes
  • Red grapes
  • 100 g soft cheese, in cubes
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 100 g various crackers
  • 30 g honey
  • 30 g fig jam
  • 30 g apricot jam
  • 40 g soft cheese, sliced
  • 50 g strawberries
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Half a seeded baguette
  • Bread slices

Preparation

  1. Slice the orange. Wash and dry the grapes, strawberries and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Cut the Brie into triangles and slices to get irregular pieces.
  3. Place the jams and honey into small bowls and put them on the platter first. Arrange the other products around them. Toast the bread and place it around the platter.
  4. Use walnuts to fill any gaps on the platter so there are no empty spaces.
  5. Serve immediately.
